Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Spain.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, product launches, sales, holidays or unexpected delays, processing times may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time varies depending on the destination country and local carrier.

Most orders are delivered within 5–15 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, local postal services, courier delays, holidays, weather conditions or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if tracking is available for your destination.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs fees or other local charges depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees that may apply upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at concertloop@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or dispatched.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or missing, please contact us at concertloop@gmail.com with your order number so we can help investigate.

If an order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and applicable consumer law.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors, household members, building reception, local postal office or delivery carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at concertloop@gmail.com and we will do our best to help. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are stolen or missing after being marked as delivered by the carrier, unless required by applicable law.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but delays can occasionally happen due to customs, carrier issues, high order volume, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

If we become aware that your order will be significantly delayed, we will contact you with an update where required by applicable law.

If we are unable to ship your order within the estimated timeframe or a reasonable additional period, you may be offered the option to wait, receive a replacement where available, or cancel your order for a refund, depending on the situation and applicable law.
