Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy worldwide. This means you have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return.
This policy applies to all customers, regardless of country, unless your local consumer laws give you additional or stronger rights. Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, charging cables and components included.
You will also need your order confirmation, receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at concertloop@gmail.com before sending the item back. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs
For returns where the item is not defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can review the issue and offer the appropriate solution.
Original shipping costs
If you return your order because you changed your mind, original shipping costs may not be refundable, unless required by applicable law.
For customers exercising a legal right of withdrawal or cancellation where local law requires us to refund standard delivery costs, we will refund the standard delivery cost paid at checkout. Extra costs for premium or express shipping methods are not refundable unless required by law.
European Union and United Kingdom customers
If your order is shipped to a customer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification.
To exercise this right, please contact us before the 14-day period expires. After notifying us, you must return the item within the period required by applicable law.
The item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, charging cables and components.
Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, not working properly, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at concertloop@gmail.com.
Please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos or videos of the product, packaging and defect/damage
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, return label, partial refund or full refund, depending on the situation and applicable law.
Legal guarantee and consumer rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
If the product is defective, damaged, not as described or does not work as advertised, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under applicable consumer laws in your country.
For customers in Spain and the European Union, products are covered by the applicable legal guarantee for lack of conformity.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:
- items damaged by misuse, improper handling, accidents, water damage, neglect or unauthorized modifications
- items returned without essential accessories, charging cables or components, where this prevents proper inspection or resale
- gift cards, if offered
- custom-made or personalized items, where applicable and where permitted by law
This does not affect your legal rights if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Digital content uploaded by the customer
Our product may allow customers to upload their own photos, videos, GIFs or other content through a mobile app.
Customers are responsible for the content they upload to the device. Before returning an item, please remove any personal content from the device where possible.
We are not responsible for any personal files, images, videos or data left on a returned device.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different color or item is to request a return for the item you have and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider.

Shipping delays and unavailable orders
If we are unable to ship your order within the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout or on our website, we will contact you with an update where required by applicable law.
If the delay is significant or if we are unable to fulfill your order, you may be offered the option to wait, receive a replacement, or receive a refund, depending on the situation and applicable law.
